All, this is just a reminder, so I don't forget to talk about that: I think that the conclusion of yesterday's tests (on IRC) is that, for py2exe, it's not that demandimport should be disabled during setup.py execution, but maybe either disabled at all on windows (simpler) or py2exe should be aware of it (more complex).
