[issue422] MQ get lost whit cp/mv followed by ln -s

In a situation where I copy a file 'a' to 'b', then move 'a' to 'c' and then
doing a symbolic link from 'c' to 'a', MQ get lost when popping and pushing again.
The attached test file reproduce the problem (and also the bug reported at
Issue388).
