[issue675] extdiff: compare snapshot of revision with the working dir

If extdiff compares a revision with current working dir, snapshots for both
revision and working dir are created. Is it possible to (optionally?) compare
the snapshot of the revision with the working dir directly? With WinMerge you
can modify the compared files, in this case it would be nice if you could save
to working directory and not to the snapshot.
