[issue717] "hg serve" (0.9.4) failed on python 2.5.1 (windows) - 'set_signal_handler' function missing

"hg serve" (0.9.4) failed on python 2.5.1 (windows) with exception:

AttributeError: 'module' object has no attribute 'set_signal_handler'

Please see attached exception trace for more detail

NOTE: After hitting this issue, I removed 0.9.4 and installed 0.9.3 - works fine
