[issue892] hg clone: HTTP redirect not handled correctly with https

when repository address is http://<something> is redirected to https://<the same
thing> with a 302 HTTP error, hg clone aborts with:

abort: HTTP Error 302: The HTTP server returned a redirect error that would lead
to an infinite loop.
