[issue473] lighttpd basic/digest auth difference

when trying to clone a repo over http with auth (powered by lighttpd), it works
fine only with "basis" auth frontend. with "digest" it always fails with 401.

tonfa did some research and found digest to be working with rev f77edcffb837 and
said 3f24bc5dee81 broke it.

you can try on my experimental account with digest auth:

hg clone http://test@hg.asterix.cz/test
