Any ideas welcome, daniel offered me an hosting so we could share our 
queues for a better convert. And though mq is good at preparing patches 
for upstream, i think it's not really suited to collaboration between 
people working on the same patches.

Would it be better to have mercurial repo branches set up for better 
coordination ? Sure the patches that will result from such a tree will be 
a mess unless one of us step ahead for preparing them, but at least we 
will work together more efficiently.
