case insensitive urls?

Hi,

For one of my public repos I changed the url from camelcase to
all lowercase. Now, when I point a browser to the old address I
get a traceback. I can avoid this by having 2 virtual paths point
to the same real path in hgwebdir.config, with the side-effect
however that the repo appears twice in the Repositories list.

Can the last symptom be avoided?

Or would it make sense to have a [web] config option to treat
urls case-insensitive?
