[issue654] diff and qdiff should have -U option

Folks at Mozilla are used to looking at patches with 8 or more lines of context,
generated with "cvs diff -u8p".  I know about extdiff, don't know if there's any
way to get such a diff out of mq at all.

I don't see a principled reason why this shouldn't be built-in.  It seems like
all the functionality for -U is implemented, it's just a matter of hooking it up
to the ui.
