[PATCH 04 of 13] Make the purge extension use the statwalk walker from the dirstate object

Tell dirstate.statwalk() to yield ignored files as those weren't 
deleted, causing a regression.

Thanks to Marco who tested the work and immediately spotted the problem. :)
