[issue511] hg tag create a wrong .hgtags file (no LF at end of line)

Mercurial appears to put tag information at the end of a previous tag definition
in .hgtags.

Here are the last line of .hgtags on rev 1374:

afefed45eaa99aef107c75e524dd5b03989bdbce mca

(Note that there is no LF at end of last line)

Here are the last line of .hgtags on rev 1375, after doing a "hg tag
liv_zc_09_03_2007" command

Now, there is a LF (0xa) at end of last line.

Obviously the line corresponding to the tag "LC_v001" was produce without a LF.
