[issue512] Dont work qcommit under WinXP

I use mercurial v 0.9.3 under WinXP sp2.
i cant use commant qcommit - ones fail to commit anithing.
at 1st it try to remove added files in directory .hg/patches, 
and after that it fails because this files still present.
there is also dont work the hg commit from dir .hg/patches 
with same result but it dont show error massages.
