[issue513] editor at commit dont work succes under WinXP

i use Mercurial 0.9.3 under WinXP sp2
when i try to hg commit - exposes my editor to enter commit massage, and 
dontmatter save i anithing or not, the commit fails because editor fails with 
exitcode 1.
i try editros - notepad, pn2
