[issue576] update of renamed dir yields scary warning if it has untracked files

New submission from Mike Kupfer <mike.kupfer at sun.com>:

Consider the attached log. The update did all the right things (renamed the
untracked file, got rid of the old directory), except there's that scary-looking
warning message ("not in dirstate: dir/bar!"). I expect this scenario to come
up fairly often in OpenSolaris development, but not often enough that everyone
will know to ignore the message. Can the message be changed to something like
"renaming untracked file: dir/bar" ?
