[issue845] Accesslog not written with hg serve

Hello,

I started hg serve with the -A and -E options, tried to set the properties as 
well  in .hgrc, but nothing is written to the specified files.

I even tried capturing the output of hg serve with | tee, but nothing shows up 
in the logfiles.

The logfiles are created but nothing is written to them.

This is mercurial 0.9.5 on Linux with Python-2.5
