Trying to do a 'hg diff' or 'hg status' in a workspace where I don't have
permission to go into certain subdirectories currently aborts and raises an
exception:

[stevel at donuthole:wx2hg] 501$ hg diff
Not trusting file /net/athyra/export/kupfer/tonic/ws/wx2hg/.hg/hgrc from
untrusted user kupfer, group staff
abort: Permission denied:
/net/athyra/export/kupfer/tonic/ws/wx2hg/./proto/root_sparc/var/krb5/rcache/root

This is a generated (i.e. untracked) file.
