[PATCH 0 of 5] Add bzr like "ignored" command

Add a bzr like "ignored" command

Show ignored files and matching pattern location, optionally listing source .hgignore. See the last test-hgignore patch for output samples.

I don't like adding a new command for something which could have been done in "status", but the output of the latter is well defined and I was reluctant to complicate it.
