[issue1068] ui.style in .hgrc does not expand ~ in path

In the [ui] section of ~/.hgrc if I set style to a full path of a file, it works
without a problem. However, if I replace the home component of the path with ~,
mercurial aborts saying "style not found". ~ expansion works for other
parameters in .hgrc (e.g., ui.ignore and extensions).
