Highlight patches

Hi,

I've tried to send a pair of patches with the patchbomb but, after 10
minutes, I haven't seen anything on the list.

Anyway, the two patches are alternative and are ment to avoid
regenerating the file highlight.css (using pygmentize) every time the
user changes the option pygments_style.

In case the patches do not arrive by mail, there's a copy of them (as
changesets) here:
