[issue1084] highligh extension doesn't work for some files with Pygments 0.5

New submission from Gerardo Curiel <gcuriel at gmail.com>:

When using the highlight extension in a Debian Etch box(python-pygments 0.5.1)
it display an error:" ValueError: no lexer for filename
'erp_messages_gl.properties'"

Installing Pygments 0.9 in the same box, or using the Lenny/Unstable
version(0.9) fix the problem.

Mercurial must deal sanely with this kind of error and not just throwing an
Internal Error.

Attached you'll find the file to reproduce the error.
