CVS server (hg cvsserve) experiments

Hallo!

I've been hacking at a CVS server extension for a bit more. The code now
supports the basic functionality of
	cvs checkout
	cvs log
which I guess is of some use, but not a whole lot.

Unfortunately, I still don't have a lot of time to work on this, but 
I've attached the current code which may be of some use to others.
