Google Summer of Code - TortoiseHg and integration with Shell (Nautilus and Windows)

Hi !

Looks like my application for GSoC was not selected. I don't complain,
I imagine the number of slot per organisation was limited and there
may be more urgent topics to work on. I just wan't to give you some
information about what I think I might still be able to do.

First of all, I'll have to find another job for this summer, so I
won't have much time free for Mercurial.

However, I hope I will still be able find some time to work on the
topic I listed (at least the port of the Inotify extension to windows)
but I'm not sure it will be easy (to find time ;o)), I will let you
inform (as I will probably need your help) when I'll begin to work on
the topic.

Hope you will hear about me soon ! :o)

(And if anyone else want to work on the topic, I have few links
concerning the function of the Windows API that shall probably be
used. Fell free to ask for them !)

Benoît
