[PATCH] Active branches fix (Issue 1104)

This patch solves the issue 1104, now every branch is marked active
whether it contains or not an unmerged revision (head).

It scans for every head and extracts its branch, then for every existing
branch checks if it's been already tracked (active) or not (inactive).
