I'm still deciding how best to do this. I'd like to make the license for
the logo extremely permissive, but avoid abuses. Perhaps something like
the following (DRAFT):

In addition to use under the GPLv2, the Mercurial logo in
logo-droplets.svg may freely used and adapted by projects providing
Mercurial integration and support so long as those projects do not
violate Mercurial's licensing terms.
