Using mercurial 1.0.2 here.  When
https://bugzilla.mozilla.org/show_bug.cgi?id=450040#c4 got fixed, renaming
IENUMFE.CPP to IEnumFE.cpp, it became impossible to update from tip to a
revision from before the rename using |hg up -r| on mac.  Trying to do so
complains about the file already existing (and leaves the working dir in a weird
state, to boot).
