accesslog and errorlog in hgweb.config

If I do not want to give -A / -E parameter to 'hg serve' it is possible 
to give it in the hgweb.config? I tried to use accesslog / errorlog 
parameters in [web] section but no chance. Only if I give them as 
command line parameter. Any idea?
