Be able to name the bundle attachment and auto-paste of patch diff in vim for
'hg email -r qtip -b'

Currently the bundle name is defaulted to bundle.hg I would like to make it
bundle-yyy.hg where yyy is custom.

Also for some reason if I use the -b option for attaching a mercurial bundle, I
do not get the diff of the patch in vim ? Is there anyway to send both the diff
and bundle ? Would be great!
