[patch] convert: gnu arch source for convert extension

Hi,

I recently sent an email with a GNU Arch source for the convert  
extension. I only provided the gnuarch.py file without considering a  
crew diff. I am now attaching a patch for crew. I have also fixed some  
other things:

- directory renaming now work
- link modifications are now handled
- "--rev" is now supported
- use of the commandline class (with some additions)

I also added a feature issue in the BTS (#959), as I was not really  
sure how to send patches.

Any comments will be welcome.
