Somebody told me there was a slash missing, and since the same file
already has

<link rel="stylesheet" href="#staticurl#style.css" type="text/css" />

I just added it.  I'm guessing those two should be fixed as well.

Test actually tests things, which means the redirection is not working.
See also issue925.  But yeah, I'm going to need another test after this
is fixed...
