[PATCH] parentrevspec: add foo~~ to follow back to the start of a branch

Currently the parentrevspec extension completely ignores named
branches. Adding something like this would be a completely different
field.

But I'd like to have a similar feature: An identifier for the oldest
changeset that has the same single head as grandchild, i.e. the
(possibly unnamed) branching point.
