[issue1006] show sortdate for age > 1year (patch)

New submission from Stephen Deasey <sdeasey at gmail.com>:

When browsing the hgweb shortlog, a screen full of '2 years ago' is not very
helpful. Year granularity is just too coarse, which is why I guess the switch
between 'months ago' and 'years ago' happens at 24 months -- a compromise.

The attached patch makes all ages > 1 year display as a short date. So:

* 3 weeks ago
* 9 months ago
* 2007-01-23
* ...

The boundary between < year and > year is still obvious because of the
formatting. Years are easily distinguished because of the ansi format leading
date. But more information is available.
