[PATCH 0 of 4] Fixing convert extension authormap quirks; misc

Hello,

This is the first time I'm submitting patches to hg so be gentle. Don't forget
to Cc: me as I'm not subscribed.

For future reference: does it make sense to split this over three patches, or
should it all be a single big patch?

The first three patches fix minor quirks in the convert extension authormap
parsing; the third of these is a cleanup that makes more sense to me, but I
don't feel strongly about.

The the final patch is a trivial cleanup to mq.py which still said "queue.py"
in its header.
