[PATCH 0 of 2] keyword extension: RCS-like keywords expanded in working dir

Hello,

As discussed on #mercurial I again propose a keyword extension.

Some pros:

- nobody /has/ to use it, but for some cases it is very convenient
- it already has users and no feedback of breakage
- allows to migrate RCS-projects to Hg without modifications
