[issue922] Error connecting via SSL

Using 0.9.5 Windows installer on Windows XP 32bit SP2. I am testing internal
NetBeans hg migration clone and SSL does not work for me. Cloning via HTTP
protocol works just fine. I tried to reinstall hg and also tried latest
TortoiseHg build but nothing seems to help.
