test-convert-cvs failing

Sorry for the noise, the same problem was reported and a patch submitted here:

Can you confirm it fixes your issue ? I would like to minimize "sleep" calls in the test suite but I cannot reproduce the issue myself. The test-http fix is also a little mysterious to me.
