[issue960] Output of hg branches and hg tags ambiguous

You can name a branch or tag with trailing whitespace, making it impossible to
parse the output of hg branches or hg tags with any certainty. Perhaps some sort
of option to hg branches to have it print only the branch names, and not the
revisions?
