[PATCH 0 of 3] keyword: minor clarifications and enhancements

Hi,

Three tweaks for the keyword extension.

1. hook into dispatch._runcommand for clarity
2. possible minor speedup by using dirstate to obtain the working
   dir's first parent
3. do not allow kwexpand/kwshrink in the middle of a merge
