I can do - I didn't want to clutter the list with too many copies of
this series, but I'll do so if it helps. I'll try to resend tonight.

No - I don't think I did anything specific to make that happen. I'll
check my mercurial.ini.

Thanks for the feedback, Adrian. Does anyone else have anything to
add? I'd like to get this into crew so it can get some wider use to
shake out any lurking issues before I start submitting further patches
that depend on it.
