[issue1163] Make clean doesn't remove dll files on Windows

This might be wontfix or notabug or whatever since I'm not sure if the makefile
is supported on Windows. Anyway, running "make clean" doesn't remove the dll
files from the mercurial dir.

Using: Windows 2000 + cygwin
