[issue1181] invalid tab handing in hg serve

hg serve does not handle tabs properly. pressing tab should align to the nearest
multiple of 8. i dont know what it does now - add 8 to relative?

This is not the expected behavior as both vi and less has "round to nearest
multiple" interpretation of tabs.
