This is the current state of my long path patch, just at
the state I drop it.

Last thing that worked was

hg rename -A aux xxx && hg ci

I'm dropping this work now, as Patrick Mezard and Dirkjan
Ochtmann told me on IRC that they think that the
problems which long path repos are causing with explorer
are unacceptable (e.g. explorer cannot delete long path repos).

So the only option left is the hybrid encoding (proposal
parren/mpm).
