[issue1202] hg export with regex filter

It could be useful for "hg export" to generate a patchfile containing only files 
whose path/filename matches (or doesn't match) a specified regex.
In bk, export takes -i<pat> and -x<pat> which are "include" and "exclude" patterns 
on the path/filename.
