[issue1041] hgk / hg view does not display files for revision 0

hg version
#Mercurial Distributed SCM (version 0.9.5)

hg init test
cd test
cat "bla" > bla
hg add
hg commit -m "initial"
hg view

In the bottom left corner there is no patch for "bla" and the bottom right does
not list bla as changed file. 
This is different from hgweb (which is IMHO the correct behavior).
