[issue1058] gitweb's changelog and shortlog have an extra erroneous "</div>"

Two gitweb templates have HTML errors which could become troublesome.

Both changelog.tmpl, line 20 and shortlog.tmpl, line 20, contain a "</div>" even 
though no matching open tag is present.
