[issue1110] hg add/revert support for regular expressions

New submission from Peter Ruibal <ruibalp at gmail.com>:

I'm writing a script to initialize a repository and add the appropriate files
out of the current working directory, and it would be a lot simpler if hg
(add/revert/etc?) had a feature to accept (-I) and exclude (-X) all files
matching a regular expression (instead of the normal glob syntax).

Perhaps a boolean option? I was thinking something along the lines of:
hg add --use-re .*\.c .*\.h -X .*\\s\..+\.c -X .*SCCS\\.+
