[issue1122] directory listing will show all files at once

I have a repository (no source codes; only txt) with a lot of files in one
directory (and other directories).
If I open 'file'-view with hgweb (gitweb) it will show all files (over 3000) and
that will take some time.

Is it possible to show it page by page (maybe 100-200 files [configurable
number])? So the user of hgweb won't be flooded with a big site.
