[RFC] qdelete -> qpromote?

Keeping the old command would be fine with me, I'm just saying that it 
would be nice to have an easier (to find) method to do this.

I think there's a lot of support for qpromote (cmason also liked it), 
but some people also like the qmanage/qunmanage. I think qimport is 
fine, though, so I wouldn't really want qmanage (cmason mentioned he 
still thinks qimport is a pretty good name).

So do you have any preferences?
