[issue1128] Hide authentication info even on shell

If a user sets up basic authentication in the repo's .hg/hgrc for the sake of
simplicity when pushing changes, the username and password shows up on the shell
message:
  pushing to http://username:passwd@domain.tld

At least the password should be masked by for example ******, something like that
