New Eclipse plug-in

Hi,

I've released a new eclipse plug-in for Mercurial (actually I've been
working on it for the better part of a year, but have just been using
internally and with my team).

My plug-in is considerably more polished from a user interface perspective,
and is generally feature competitive with the existing "mercurial eclipse"
plug-in.

I would appreciate a link on the
http://www.selenic.com/mercurial/wiki/index.cgi/OtherTools page to give
users the opportunity to check it out for themselves.
