[issue1140] "qdelete -r" cant accept a stack of applyed patches in one step

Hallow all!
i use hg 1.0 under winXP
i've try to accept a number of applyed patches into main repo, and i
have to invoke "hg qdel -r" for every applyed patch from base to qtop.
imho, useful to provide "qdelete -r" with ability to accept any patches 
from base to desired by "-r" switch revision in one step.
